Another RAVE - Designer Renee Parrill

So (no pun intended) the post below this is regarding a little snag that I encountered (possible user error, but read on) with the pattern directions while working on the Gorgeous purse, which also happens to be the cover picture for Pretty Little Patchwork. (See Below Post). The pattern is written by Renee Parrill who, as it turns out has written several patterns which initially got me intrigued with sewing to begin with. Thx Renee!!!

Well, it's been awhile since this first all began, but I've been a tad busy lately, and today is catch-up. So, if you read my previous rave you're familiar with this story, if not, please read the post below. I opened my e-mail one morning, and was utterly flabbergasted to find an e-mail from Renee herself offering to assist me in any way she can, and she also included some step-by-steep photo's she took while making up the purse. I'm so excited to begin doing it, I can't wait. I'm so impressed with the response that I got, I am thrilled to shout praises for Renee from the rooftops. Offering advice to someone that you don't know, not even from through a friend, but a publisher, that's impressive. I have to say that I have not encountered the same thoughtfulness and outright kindness with any of my knitting patterns, let alone having two people respond with kindness and caring.

Once again, MY HATS OFF TO YOU RENEE!!!!!!
